METHODOLOGY |

A high interactive method will be used throughout the course . Action learning will be the emphasis and participants will spend a good of their on groupwork. Short lecture in between group sessions will provide the means through which the course leader reinforces participants learning and share his experience with them. There will be extensive material supported by visual aids . The methodology adopted emphasizes practical application , practical exercise leading to concrete recommendation and action incorporated so that after the training the participant can return to their workplace and implement them. |

PRACTICAL COURSE MANUAL All participants will receive a set of concise and practical synopsis of the lecturer. Together with your own notes it will be a useful source of reference for you and your organization. MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION All courses can be conducted in bi-language (English and Bahasa). |
