INTRODUCTION

Good supervision is extremely difficult to practice and any successful organization requires good/excellent supervision . In the past , a supervisor was conceived of a "boss". Today's supervisor is a leader who promotes a climate of cooperation and respect so that worker will want to be led and possibly lead and direct themsleves . The supervisor as a leader , must know who is being led and must be able to work with and through people.

Building and leading effective works team is also vital for organization improvement and personal growth . The result will be 'great performance through great people' enabling the organization to add value and product service excellence.
