INTRODUCTION |
The success of total - company wide quality improvement rests not only with the top and middle management and engineers but also the line employees who are actually making the products . To encourage operatives to participate , small groups of employees are formed to involved in Quality control activities . These small groups referred to as quality control circle (QCC) provide a continuos platform identification , problem solving and implementation of the solution . This course is designed to equip Supervisor , Line Leader , QC Inspector , Technician , Foreman and Operator to organize and initiate QCC programme in your company. |
