QUALITY CONTROL CIRCLE

 

INTRODUCTION

The success of total - company wide quality improvement rests not only with the top and middle management and engineers but also the line employees who are actually making the products . To encourage operatives to participate , small groups of employees are formed to involved in Quality control activities . These small groups referred to as quality control circle (QCC) provide a continuos platform identification , problem solving and implementation of the solution . This course is designed to equip Supervisor , Line Leader , QC Inspector , Technician , Foreman and Operator to organize and initiate QCC programme in your company.

 

OBJECTIVES

At the end of the course participant will be able to ;

  • To understand the basic concept , operation and philosophy of QCC.
  • Understand the QCC tools and their application in problem solving
  • To be able organize and initiate QCC programs in the organization
  • To enable participant to train and guide QCC members on implementing ten QCC projects .
  • To disseminate QCC techniques of problem solving and group effective for the better
    understanding on motivation.
