INTRODUCTION

In any competitive economy , continuos cost reduction and quality improvement are essential if any organization is to stay in operation . Competitiveness is measured by three things : quality , process and delivery . We cannot avoid seeing how quality has developed into the most important competitive weapon , and many organization have realized that Total Quality Management (TQM) is the new way of managing the future.

The success of total - company wide Quality improvement program rest not only with the top and middle managers and engineers but also the rest on the Supervisor , Line Leader, foreman and QC inspector who actually involved in making the products. This course is designed to train Supervisor , Line Leader , foreman , Inspector and other level staff on Total Quality Management (TQM).
